I canceled my account. How do I create a new one?

Welcome back! You have two options to create a new account.

When you create a new Credit Karma account you won’t have access to the information that was stored in your previous account, including any information you may have entered into Credit Karma Tax and any tax documents generated as part of Credit Karma Tax.

I’m using a different email address

If you’d like to create an account using a different email address than you used on your previous account, head over to our sign up page and fill in your information.

I’d like to use the same email address

If you’d like to use the same email address you used for your canceled account, contact our member support team from that email address and we can help you set up a new account.
