How do I update my email preferences?

When you’re a Credit Karma member, there are different types of emails you may receive from us.

Important Notifications

If turned ‘On’, we’ll email you about important changes to your TransUnion and/or Equifax credit reports, updates to your account activity, and important notifications related to your financial profile, including:

• Credit Monitoring: We can help you monitor your TransUnion and Equifax credit reports and notify you of important changes.
• Identity Monitoring: We can help you monitor your personal identity online and notify you of activity that looks suspicious.

Credit Karma Tax

For Credit Karma members who are also members of Credit Karma Tax, Credit Karma Tax may also send you reminders, announcements and offers.

To update your email preferences

1. Go to Profile & Settings at the upper right of your screen.
2. Click Communications & Monitoring to view and adjust your preferences.
