What if someone is using my email address for their Credit Karma account?
If you’ve given someone permission to sign up for Credit Karma with your email address, you can either:
- Create a new email address for yourself.
- Ask the other person to change their email address in their Credit Karma profile. Once your email address is no longer in use, you can use it to register your own Credit Karma account.
If the person does not have permission to use your email address, submit a request to our member support team so we can look into the issue for you and assist.
